We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied. If there are any problems with orders, please contact us within 45 days of order date at buy@gigabargain.com.

All returns require an RMA#. All returns must include all manuals, registration cards, accessories and software.

Defective or misrepresented items can be replaced or refunded. Return shipping is not reimbursable, however, a prepaid return label is available upon request.

Televisions: All televisions up to 32 inches in size may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of order date. There are no returns on televisions 37 inches and larger. We do not offer White Glove service for shipping TVs. Delivery is to the address only. Setup is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns incur a 10% restocking fee if any included items are missing upon return or if returned as a result of buyer's remorse.

Shipping is not refunded nor is a prepaid label available for returns not a result of our error or a defect.
